This is a program that includes 100% of your preventative care AND benefits on other dental services we offer! Our Membership Plan is designed for those who do not have any dental insurance or coverage.

Dr. Drilling’s Dental Membership Plan is not an insurance plan. It has been designed to provide a way for our patients to obtain the dental care they need at the most affordable rate. The savings plan: 

• Is standalone coverage not to be combined with insurance benefits
• Cannot be used in a workman's compensation treatment plan 
• Is for the use of treatments that lie within our realm of expertise

There are no refunds for payment, even if the Membership Plan benefits are not utilized during the participation period. 

Plan is subject to change yearly 
All payments are due AT TIME OF ENROLLMENT to receive the discount. Any services received that are not paid for at the time of service will be billed at the usual fee. 

Adult or Child Plan: – $600

• 2 Doctor Exams including Oral Cancer Screenings and necessary x-rays
• 2 Dental Cleanings including Fluoride Treatments
• $500 Discount of Clear Correct treatment
• 10% Discount on additional dental care

Periodontal Maintenance Plan: For patients 14 years or older – $750

• 2 Doctor Exams including Oral Cancer Screenings and necessary x-rays
• 3 Perio maintenance including Fluoride Treatments
• $500 Discount of Clear Correct treatment
• 10% Discount on additional dental care

Terms and Limitations

• All rates are subject to change annually.
• Plan begins the date the plan fee is paid and ends one year later. It does not renew automatically. Program fee is due in full at registration and is non-refundable.
• Plan is not transferable.
• Services cannot be billed to ANY insurance.
• Care Credit or SunBit cannot be used for purchase or be used to pay for procedures.
• Credit card payments will be subject to a 3% card processing fee
• All products are excluded from the plan.
• Use it or lose it, services do not accumulate.

This plan is only good at the office of Patricia J. Drilling, DDS; therefore, if you are referred to a specialist, the discounts offered will not apply.
It is the patient's responsibility to schedule and keep appointments to stay within the plan year.
