Periodontal Maintenance Plan

$835 per Year

Membership Plan Details

Dr. Drilling’s Dental Membership Plan is not insurance, but a direct savings plan to help patients access the care they need. It is standalone coverage, cannot be combined with insurance, and applies only to treatments provided in-office.

Plan Requirements

No refunds if benefits are not used within the plan year.
The plan is subject to annual changes.
Payment is due at enrollment to receive the discounted rate.

Terms & Limitations

Rates may change annually.
The plan begins on the payment date and ends one year later.
The plan is non-refundable and not transferable.
The plan cannot be billed to insurance or paid with CareCredit or Cherry.
A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Products are excluded.
Unused services do not roll over.
The plan is only valid at the office of Patricia J. Drilling, DDS.
