I joined Dr. Drilling’s team in 2024 and her team has made me feel at home. What I enjoy most about being a dental hygienist is the opportunity to help our patients maintain a healthy smile for life. I love spending time with my husband and kids. Our favorite things include bass fishing, deep sea fishing and camping (NOT glamping 😀 )
I am Yakira and I grew up in Farmersville, CA. As a dental hygienist, my goal is to inspire and collaborate with my patients to create a personalized oral home care routine to maintain a healthy smile. I truly enjoy educating my patients about the importance of oral hygiene and how it can impact one’s overall health. In my spare time, I enjoy nature and wildlife. I hike in Sequoia National Park any chance I get to enjoy the fresh air and scenery.
